Do a live video of this from the 60s. Baker was still good, but not the force of nature he was when I saw Cream in '68.

What a fantastic compilation Shane. BRAVO for showing us why Queen was soooo magical on stage ... what a precise, tight band ... so on cue every single song using only their eyes and ears ... no wireless in their ears here. The Queen army knows that Roger is a fantastic multi-talented musician ... what a superb drummer and HIS VOCALS!! WOW!! Thanks for sharing this with others who might not know. Loved this!

Luis Conte was the third drummer. He was on several of Phil's tours and a well regarded Cuban percussionist. Besides this concert, I would suggest his Berlin concert of 1990. And for a Genesis concert I would suggest their 1987 Wembley concert. All utterly amazing and well worth watching.

I finished school in the mid 70's when Dire Straits were breaking but lost sight of them over the years, then heard this track and for some reason it I didn't like it then 15 years ago I heard it on my MP3 player - and couldn't stop it - Man it's amazing... Tunnel of Love or Romeo and Juilet next please cos these do not disappoint.

I remember hearing this my freshman year in college, one year after Disraeli Gears came out. The guys across the hall had a nice stereo system, poster, and black light. Blew my mind.

It’s mighty hard to stay seated watching The Warning. They always deliver. I think you pretty much got the idea. Laying rest to all the haters and those who told them they couldn’t do it. Such a cool nod to the horror movies of the 80s & 90s.

Something I missed for the first several times I watched this; there are chains attached to the instruments the grown-up sisters are playing... what does it mean? Are they just anchoring themselves for when the entity gets sucked into the grave, so they don't get pulled down, too? Could be?

Chech out Ginger Baker’s Airforce, “Don’t Care”. It’s a supergroup put together by Baker with, amongst a cast of many, Stevie Winwood (Traffic) and Graham Bond (The Graham Bond Organisation) plus as I say, a cast of too many to mention.

This was a reunion in 05. The original albums in the late 60s were mind blowing. Nothing like them at that time. I’ve seen Clapton several times and always plays this and White room as a tribute to his mates.

You should react to some Fleetwood Mac from the same era. Peter Green was with John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers: “Clapton was replaced by Peter Green for the album A Hard Road, which was recorded with McVie on bass and Aynsley Dunbar on drums.” A great track starring Peter Green was *The Supernatural.* Peter Green then formed Fleetwood Mac with drummer Mick Fleetwood, Bassist John McVie, guitarists Jeremy Spencer and Danny Kirwan. See *Black Magic Woman* and *Rattlesnake Shake* from their 1970 concert in Boston.

In absolutely no way do I think Roger is miming any of his drumming, but I am trying to understand why in the intro to Under Pressure he is doing a reach to hit the cowbell, but on one hit doesn't reach and we still hear it, then later he swtiches to cymbals for those hits, but we still hear the cowbell. In this and other shows there was an off-stage musician playing keyboards and second guitar, so I don't rule out that he could have been hitting a cowbell as well. I just found it curious since we are zeroed in on Roger. 6:40

Thank goodness there was a camera crew there to immortalise this monumental gig. Imagine if this were lost to the annuls of history? I bought the album on vinyl the day it was released, later on cassette so I could have it my headphones while out and about and also the video in VHS HIFI. Seems like yesterday.
